China's first commercial domestic subway shield machine Shanghai offline
On the 14th of last month, China’s first commercialized domestic subway shield with “Domain No. 2â€, which has completely independent intellectual property rights, was recently completed and manufactured in the shield production workshop of Shanghai Urban Construction Tunnel Engineering Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. line. The shield is the main tunneling machine for engineering tunnels such as subways. It is reported that the new underground subway shield will soon be delivered to buyers and put into Shanghai rail transit construction. In 2004, China's first domestically produced subway shield prototype “first line†with complete independent intellectual property rights was successfully developed by Shanghai Urban Construction Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., with a localization rate of 70%. This prototype created the highest record of the domestic subway shield at the time of a single-day advance of 38.4 meters and a single-month advance of 566.4 meters. The “first line 2†of the downline is the second domestic shield after the “first line†and the first domestically produced shield for mass production. In addition, the Shanghai Shield Design Test Research Center was unveiled on the 12th. It will undertake technical functions such as design, research and testing of underground construction machinery such as tunnel boring machines to enhance China's competitiveness in the field of full-face tunneling machine technology.
